Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Medical Massage)

Tui Na is the Chinese term for “pulling and pushing.” It is a form of Traditional Chinese medical bodywork that uses the hands, thumbs, and sometimes elbows to work the muscles, fascia, and meridians.

Tui Na is performed in a relaxing yet stimulating way to help:

  • Release tight muscles
  • Improve circulation
  • Support lymph movement
  • Restore range of motion
  • Reduce pain patterns

This therapy is very effective for muscular tightness and is often used in children as well.

What to Expect

Tui Na is not a spa massage—it is more clinical and targeted. Some areas may feel tender if they are tight or stagnant, but treatment is always adjusted to your comfort level.
